Retail Sealed Product

We sell manufactured products. Products are purchased from distributors, retail locations, and secondary market.

We cannot guarantee pristine packaging on any product, especially those bought from retail locations or secondary market.

Products may come with small dents, scratches, or tears in shrink wrap as the condition we received them in.

All sales final.

We do our best to insure product arrives safely. Do not expect pristine condition, as product may come from distributor or third party supplier with scrapes, dents, rips, tears, ink fade. We don’t get discounts for damage product, so no, you won’t get a discount either.

If package arrives damaged, you must take pictures from all sides, along with video recording of opening and inspect the product. You must also keep the damaged packaging as the courier will require you to provide it as evidence for insurance claim payout. Failure to do of this will get your insurance claim rejected, meaning no reimbursement for you. If you failed to purchase the Boujee Shipping, then your package is only covered for $100 if it’s damaged or lost, we cannot help you any further.

If you did not purchase Boujee Shipping, which comes with signature confirmation and your package is stolen, we cannot help you.

We suggest to detour package theft, getting either package drop box, or a FedEx / UPS box for secure storage of shipments until you can pickup for protection against package theft.
