• Release dates are estimated by their manufacturers, actual release date may change without notice.
• Pre-order items typically reach our warehouse on or day before release date, and will be shipped out to our customers within 2-3 business days or sooner.
• For a Friday release, orders will ship no later than that following Monday. 
• Do not email or asking us when it’ll ship.

Products may come with small dents, scratches, or tears in shrink wrap as the condition we received them in.

We sell manufactured products. Products are purchased from distributors, retail locations, and secondary market.

We cannot guarantee pristine packaging on any product, especially those bought from retail locations or secondary market.

If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to USPS first, as they would be responsible because of insurance.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery, if you want to guarantee safe delivery, please add signature confirmation.
